I work diligently with each client to create a progressive and tailored treatment. Below you will find a description of the modalities I provide, in order to give a clear picture of my style and specialties. Prices are set for the time you are booking, not the style of massage. Because the body responds individually, I combine all of my modalities based on how the body responds best, in order to get the most soft tissue and fascial mobilization.

Connective tissues known as fascia surround muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body. With the use of specific massage manipulation treatment to release tension in the fascial layers due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. These techniques one can ease tension from fascial binding. Thus, creating muscle relief and mobility.
Myofascial decompression or “cupping” is a particular cupping technique in which movement is elicited under the cups to restore movement patterns and restrictions from nonfunctional to functional. Myofascial decompression is a useful technique for breaking up adhesions, scar tissue, and soft tissue restrictions through the use of negative pressure.
